Job Description

Summary:

This is a HYBRID role! 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The Fleet Management Coordinator is responsible for inputting updating and maintaining information regarding TransCor and CoreCivic vehicle fleets into the Fleet Maintenance Pro (FMP) fleet management system.

The salary range for this role is $45000 - $49000 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively and coherently with staff vendors and others.
  • Compose documents to include correspondence reports presentations forms statistical data Tracking data etc using appropriate grammar spelling and sentence structure.
  • Schedule and monitor vehicle preventive maintenance maintenance and schedules.
  • Collect and enter vehicle and fleet data into the FMP system
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of vendors and repair facilities utilized to maintain the vehicle fleet.
  • Maintain maintenance files in an organized manner to include sorting labeling filing retrieving retention and storage.
  • Monitor compliance schedule time tables and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access to correspondence files data and reports.
  • Coordinate with multiple locations and clients to retrieve and compile correspondence and documents.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Occasionally work extended hours when requested to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested directed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in MS word Excel and the Internet.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
  • Superior interpersonal abilities ability to get along with diverse personalities interact tactfully display maturity and practice flexibility.
  • One year of fleet maintenance experience in an administration role preferred.
  • Experience working with Commercial Motor Vehicles ispreferred.
