Job Description

This role provides comprehensive support for KION Fleet Management customers encompassing invoice processing and management as well as oversight of the corporate Demo Fleet. Responsibilities include managing maintenance and repair invoices ensuring accurate SAP entry and reporting and managing all aspects of the Demo Fleet from preparation and maintenance to tracking and warranty work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

  • Maintain an accurate database and filing system for tracking invoice details.
  • Review and approve/reject invoices based on accuracy and contractual obligations.
  • Process invoices within SAP.
  • Communicate with dealers regarding invoice status with urgency courtesy and professionalism.
  • Generate cost analysis reports for customers and internal KION review.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of the fleet management system.

Demo/Rental Fleet Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records within the database including location condition and availability.
  • Process approved requests including scheduling and prioritization.
  • Process work orders as needed.
  • Obtain PO and invoice dealer for demo or rental usage
  • Inspect all trucks for safety and quality standards before shipment.
  • Coordinate transportation with the Traffic Department.
  • Receive and inspect returned equipment cleaning and conduct necessary repairs to restore units to ship-ready status.
  • Schedule periodic maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage all online invoice payment processes including registrations and claims.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field service/repairs needed for trucks.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel) and experience with technical software.
  • Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to read technical parts and service manuals (preferred).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Automotive or industrial equipment customer service administration background (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as needed nationally.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree in Business Management or a related field or equivalent experience in customer service administration is preferred.
  • Additional Linde or other vendor industrial technical training trade school or military technical training is a plus.
