Executive Assistant ()
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to the Academic Quality Support Section of the Academic Registry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistic support to Committee meetings accreditation exercises Academic Consultation Panel (ACP) Visits and Departmental Academic Advisor (DAA) Scheme;
- Provide operational support for the implementation of quality assurance guidelines/procedures and maintenance of recurrent quality monitoring/enhancement exercises;
- Provide support in external quality audit exercises conducted by UGC-QAC or relevant authorities;
- Support the Sections daily operation; and
- Provide support to any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised degree with at least two years of work experience;
- Relevant experience in universities or education institutes will be a definite advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in computer application skills;
- Self-motivated with positive work attitude; and
- Good communication interpersonal and organisation skills and the ability to work under tight schedule and pressure are essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
