Real Chemistryis looking for a resourceful energetic individual to join our growing market research team.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager to Senior Manager in Primary Market Research (PMR) to lead and support our integrated analytics projects. The ideal candidate will excel in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights to our healthcare clients.

The successful candidatemustcollaborate effectively with other team membershave theability to build and maintaininternal agency andclientrelationships andconsistentlydemonstrateanalytical and interpretive skillswith proficiency in uncovering insights from data.A minimum of3-5yearsofexperience in the primary market research setting preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in any of our US officesincluding New York City Boston Chicago Carmel or San Franciscoor remotely within the US depending on team and business needs.

What youll do:

  • Data Collection and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive data collection utilizing a variety of sources to gather relevant information. Perform detailed analyses to identify trends patterns and insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Report Generation:Develop clear concise and insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Ensure all reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.

  • Market Research Support:Assist in the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies. Collaborate with senior team members to refine research methodologies and ensure robust data collection.

  • Project Leadership:Lead and manage complex market research projects from inception to completion. Oversee the design execution and analysis of research studies ensuring they meet client objectives and timelines.

  • Team Management:Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored research solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements.

  • Strategic Insights Development:Transform research findings into strategic insights that drive business decisions. Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a compelling manner.

  • Innovation and Best Practices:Promote the adoption of innovative research methodologies and best practices within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new approaches into project work.

What you should have:

  • Minimum of3-5 years of experience in market research data analysis or a related field with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.

  • Must have a solid understanding and practical experience inqualitativeand quantitativemethodologies

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software including Excel SPSS or similar platforms.

  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for comprehensive analysis plans. Should possess the capability to interpret complex statistical analysis outputs and translate them into actionable business insights.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required with proficiency in presenting complex data insights in a clear concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.

  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving client success.

  • Understanding of the healthcare industrys landscape including market dynamics regulatory environments and key stakeholders to effectively anticipate and meet client needs is desired but not required.


Pay Range: $73000-$85000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on job-related non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience skills certifications and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We haveoffice locationsin cities in the US UK and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us.For employeeswho are within an hour of one of our offices we expect attendance in the office two days per week either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.We are also actively opening new office locations so if one opens near you our Real HART policy will apply.
