Job Description
Our client is a Leading Chinese Bank. They are looking for a RO Type 6 to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities
- Responsible for origination and execution
- Provide advice on corporate finance transactions which include IPO M&A issuing and underwriting equity securities and varies types of transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors issuers shareholders banking and lending institutions etc.
- Execute mandated transactions and manage client relationships
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Recognized professional qualification is a must
- Minimum of 8 years corporate finance or research experience with a reputable investment bank or leading boutique
- Solid experience in corporate finance transactions (IPOs financialadvisory rights issue or share offerings) gained from internationaland reputable regional investment banks will be preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and analytical skills
