You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSenior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Arts (2 posts) (Ref.: 532618) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience preferably in academic programme administration in tertiary institutions. They must be self-motivated demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility collegiality and flexibility and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. They should also have strong computer literacy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential and fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. Proven experience and proficiency in undergraduate programme administration and outreach multimedia design video-editing tools content creation and social media management are definite assets. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II).
The appointees will provide administrative support to the Facultys undergraduate programmes in areas such as admissions programme administration and development student matters outreach and enrichment and other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
