Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate you will take risks and adopt change to solve problems. You will be a team player and have innovative ideas in our Restructuring business.
- High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;
- Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring official and voluntary liquidations other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;
- Compiling and analyzing books and records conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors
- Performing cash-flow forecast financial analysis and financial investigations
- Drafting sections of detailed complex reports and documents for Courts creditors and stakeholders; and
- Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field;
- CA and/or CPA qualification preferred
- A minimum of3 years of relevant experience in restructuring/ forensic accounting/ insolvency advisory field;
- Driven displays leadership skills influences others as well as collaborative problem solver;
- Risk tolerant and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Good business sense and a proactive can-do attitude;
- Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems;
- Strong financial business analytical and report writing skills; and
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
