We now invite applications for the captioned posts available in Prof. Zhong Wans group. Those with experience in quantum materials low-temperature transport and related field of experimental condensed matter physics are welcome to apply. The appointees will work with Prof. Zhong Wan to explore and understand exotic quantum states such as topological superconductivity the quantum Hall and fractional quantum Hall effects as well as the charge transport properties of quasiparticles in condensed matter systems. The current publications of Prof. Wan can be found at:
A Ph.D. degree in condensed matter physics material science or chemistry is preferred
An excellent command of written and spoken English
The ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
The ability to work independently and in a team
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
