ISP English Teacher Key Responsibilities
Carry out the academic program of Writing and Speech
Plan and prepare classes
Review correct and grade units notebooks books and assignments on a daily basis
Prepare and administer exams
Design and organize assemblies
Record grades
Formally follow up on student progress
Provide academic reinforcement to students who require it
Comply with safeguarding guidelines.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
- Strong command of French language (grammar vocabulary and pronunciation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Lesson planning curriculum design and assessment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Patience creativity and cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in French Education Linguistics or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection standards.
- Continuous professional development in teaching methodologies.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience in primary secondary or higher education settings.
- Designing and delivering lessons for mixed-ability groups.
- Providing academic reinforcement and individualized support.
- Participation in school activities assemblies and extracurricular programs.
- Record-keeping grading and student progress reporting.
