Our client is an international packaging manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating incoming service requests and machine installations.
- Collaborating with customers project supervisors and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing service orders materials and costs ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Providing preventive maintenance and optimising machine performance by analyzing data.
- Leading and coaching external service employees ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Handling acquisitions quotes warranty assessments and invoicing with the accounting team.
- Ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction through proactive support and advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience with PLC Beckhoff systems.
- Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering and after-sales service roles.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training including to the Netherlands.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Coordinator specializing in After Sales Services. This role focuses on managing service requests machine installations and optimizing customer processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC Beckhoff systems a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills in both English and Thai. International training opportunities including in the Netherlands are available.
