Provide guidance and technical support to technicians ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties. Schedule and assign tasks to technicians based on priorities and skill sets.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues or complex troubleshooting situations.
Oversee the detection and resolution of technical problems ensuring minimal downtime for equipment or systems.
Maintain a good knowledge of the technical systems and equipment under the departments care.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plan to ensure all equipment and systems operate at peak efficiency.
Oversee routine inspections repairs and adjustments to equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Ensure timely repairs to malfunctioning equipment minimizing operational disruption.
Ensure that all technicians adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during maintenance repair and installation tasks.

A bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in a technical role with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Proven track record of managing and motivating technical teams.
