We are looking for a talent to:
Responsibilities:
- To overall in-charge the daily operation of the Property & Facilities Management Department related to all company owned premises including commercial industrial offices shops furnished offices and luxury residential units
- To achieve organization goals through leading a team of professional staff and deliver an efficient business performance
- To review evaluate and streamline procedures and practices for the operation of the estates/properties management & execution of tenancy terms & conditions from time to time
- To lead respective team member to plan and implement appropriate management model for new projects
- To lead the team to carry out repair works emergency inspections and handling to requests as raised by other departments to carry out regular checking / oversee repairs & maintenance issues to residential units / commercial building / shops to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- To report and obtain instructions from the top management to execute legal proceedings against those parties who might fail to comply their responsibilities/ disobey in DMC/ BMO or trespass to companys properties in order to protect companys interest
- To promote and build up external relationship with the IO community government departments and working partners; to attend meetings / seminars held by such organizations if necessary
- To work with Leasing Teams / Marketing Team / Customer Services Department and to resolve customer enquiries complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction loyalty & retention
- To maintain all properties in high-ended condition; protect secure and enhance the assets value as appropriate
- To take lead in developing effective & practical management model for managing appointed PMA for establishing unique quality standardized and value-added services to tenants maintain intimate relationship with out-sourced working partners through close & direct communication & ultimate support whenever and wherever necessary
- To establish all-round training coaching motivation and development program stabilize the team enhance and develop cohesiveness team spirit loyalty and efficiency
- To guide & lead the team in deploying proactive approach in precautionary and preventive measures on repairs & maintenance and improvement works
- To improve the branding and positioning of the Groups properties through constant quality service delivery
Basic requirements:
- Bachelors Degree holder or above in Property or Facilities Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property or facilities management in managerial level preferably gained in property developers management companies
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiations skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Familiar with Building Management Ordinance and associated regulations
