We are looking for a Security Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Security Supervisor we rely on you to:
- Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
- Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
- Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
- Handle guests inquiries promptly and effectively as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately
We are looking for someone who has:
- Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
- Valid Security Personnel Permit
- Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
- Sound knowledge of security access control system alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
- Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
- Good command of English Cantonese and Putonghua
