Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the data governance process from policy enforcement to security tools implementation.
- Manage and monitor the data lifecycle and processing on O365 SaaS and third-party management process.
- Implement technology solutions to manage data processing and security for cloud applications such as DLP Cloud Application Control and MS Purview.
- Track and monitor the KRI to ensure the effectiveness of IT key controls identify and mitigate potential data security risks.
- Perform security assessments and maintain IT policies with the administration of the IT Document Library to ensure data security and governance.
- Participate in projects to ensure successful implementations.
- Occasional business trips are required.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology or Information Security related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of information security experience.
- Hands-on experience on IT security and compliance O365 and cloud security or data loss prevention technology implementation will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in implementing RPA/ automation for efficiency improvement will be an advantage.
- Holder of security certifications will be an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset.
- Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (including spoken Mandarin Chinese).
