Role and Responsibilities
Reports to the Contract Manager (CM). Responsible for all aspects of operations related to assigned contracts with subordinate managers/supervisors as direct reports. Responsible for support of WINTEAM maintenance and all contract scheduling. Coordinates with CM and HR to ensure proper support of contract and proper staffing levels.
HS Graduate with substantial and credible supervisory law enforcement military (NCO/Jr. Officer) or business management (entry/mid management) experience which demonstrates individuals capacity to effectively manage and coordinate activities to attain organizational goals and objectives.
A minimum two (2) years of specialized experience. Specialized experience includes: supervisory leadership and management of personnel contract budget and resources using internal reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing tasks of various types and complexity.
Have strong organizational interpersonal leadership written and verbal skills necessary to effectively communicate and coordinate with Operations management to enforce and maintain contract and company standards.
Have sound problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision/direction and organize and present material in an efficient manner to company staff and clients.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications to include strong word-processing skills and ability to use databases and spreadsheets and aptitude for learning and exploiting other information technology management and organizational platforms.
Be capable of handling multiple daily tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effort along strict timelines to ensure guard staffing is 100% contract compliant.
Have the ability to read and fully understand contractual requirements and enforce policies procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills coupled with ability to produce complete clear and concise reports and investigations; to include both oral and written forms.
General knowledge of government structure labor management laws regulations rules and principles.
High School Diploma or GED
Maryland Guard Card Certification.
CPR First Aid AED.
