Your responsibilities:

Handle inbound support calls and online inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers;
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely via p9;
Respond to live chat and email requests (Customerly & Salesforce);
Perform initial system cleans for new clients and explain the software afterward;
Follow up on bookings send Quality Control calls and encourage customer reviews;
Support other GEO teams when needed;
Maintain performance standards and company core values (score B or above).

What we expect from you:

Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills;
Minimum 2 years of IT-related education at least 1 year of experience in IT support/helpdesk;
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation;
Solid technical knowledge: remote tools Windows/macOS MS Office basic computer maintenance;
Organized proactive and motivated to grow in a fast-paced international environment.
