Job Summary

Creating GHL templates workflows funnels pipelines email SMS and WhatsApp templates on the test site.

Testing and updating as required.

Working closely with the client who will provide instructions to build out a test site that can be quickly replicated for clients.

Managing domain subdomain and email creation and moving clients domain from their provider to Cloudflare to the GHL site called Ivorey which is a white label product.

Using WhatsApp for communication as it is encrypted for passwords and feeds into the test Ivorey account.

Accessing the system via an Ivorey CRM admin user login so that 2FA is not a problem.

Creating Loom videos or using another video software where required to provide step by step instructions so processes can be replicated for clients.

Required Skills:

At least 2 years of relevant experience Great communication skills Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) Strong understanding of CRM structures pipelines and automation logic Experience with domain configuration DNS records and Cloudflare Experience setting up workflows triggers and templates in GHL High attention to detail and ability to test and QA automations Clear written communication and ability to follow documented processes This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines.
