Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks documentation coordination with vendors and tenants and ensuring smooth operations within the property management function.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and site team in all aspects of property operations.
- Maintain and update property files documents and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in the preparation of reports contracts purchase requests and payment documentation.
- Coordinate with tenants contractors and suppliers for routine service requests maintenance and inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on property-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support in budget tracking petty cash handling and expense monitoring.
- Help prepare meeting agendas take minutes and assist in internal and external communications.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant property management regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Property Management or a related field.
- At least 13 years of experience in administrative or property management roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English (spoken and written).
- Team player with a proactive and service-minded attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based at the property management site or company office.
- Regular interaction with vendors tenants and service providers.
