Description
Provide leadership for the provision of technical expertise in development and support of activities processes procedures and tools for protecting information security with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) design and implement IAM solutions and practices. Direct testing of security plans. Lead the evaluation of new and proposed security systems and technologies.
Skills:
Knowledge of IT standards and procedures.
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Knowledge of process and tools for assuring adherence to standards.
Thorough knowledge of existing and planned infrastructure security platforms and architecture components
Knowledge of SailPoint Identity IQ
Knowledge of Agile (Kanban & Scrum)
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Application Onboarding team within the Workforce Identity & Access Management engineering organisation who are responsible for the onboarding of business applications to SailPoint Identity IQ. They will assist with tasks during the onboarding process but will also be responsible for the following post-onboarding tasks:
1. Verify app is onboarded in AMH after change is completed.
2. TD Asset Registry (TDAR) update
3. Extracting the Account and Entitlement report from SailPoint IIQ
4. Run the macro to separate out account and entitlement report per app code
5. Update the email of Technology Asset Owners (TAOs) /TAO Delegates and Business Asset Owners (BAOs) /BAO Delegates in macro sheet
6. Prepare and Run the macro to send the emails to TAOs and BAOs
7. Back and forth communication with TAOs and BAOs
8. Setting up meetings with TAOs and BAOs to answer questions about the review and sign-off process
9. Managing/maintaining the tracker/JIRA
10. Upload the approvals over share point/JIRA
BAU change management for Onboarded Apps / Apps returned from Segregation of Duties team w/errors or problems:
1. Review/verify and analyse the change.
2. Back and forth communication with app team
3. Deployment in lower env.
4. Testing
5. Setting up the change request (deployment task) for Environment & Release Manager
6. Approvals from TAO/BAO
7. Managing/maintaining the tracker/JIRA
8. Upload the approvals SharePoint/JIRA
