We are looking for a skilledFrontend Developerwith strong experience in frameworks based in Typescript likeLit and Vue experience in Web Components and in Razor Viewsto join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building responsive accessible and high-performance web interfaces. You will work closely with backend developers designers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences within MVC environments. Knowledge in integrations with APIs and other services as needed. Desiderable knowledge in Optimizely CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain frontend components usingLit and Vue Web ComponentsandTypeScript (ES Modules).
  • Integrate components into MVCprojects usingRazor Views (.cshtml).
  • EnsureWCAG 2.2 and EN 301 549accessibility compliance across all interfaces.
  • Implement responsive designs usingCSS VariablesDesign Tokens andShadow DOMfor scoped styling.
  • Optimize performance throughlazy loadingasset scoping andminificationof JS/CSS.
  • Conductcross-browser testing(Chrome Firefox Safari Edge) to ensure consistent behavior.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components -based services.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for maintainable and scalable frontend architecture.

Skills & Experience:

Required Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience working withOptimizely CMS (Or another CMS) andRazor Views (.cshtml).
  • Solid experience withLit and Vue Web ComponentsandTypeScript.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge ofresponsive and accessible UI development.
  • Familiarity withWCAG 2.2 EN 301 549 ARIAARIA roles and semantic HTML.
  • Experience withCSS VariablesDesign Tokens andShadow DOM.
  • Integration of frontend components MVCprojects.
  • Performance optimization techniques:
    • Lazy loading
    • Asset scoping (avoiding global conflicts)
    • Minified JS/CSS
  • Cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging.

  • Additional Valued Skills:

  • Experience Coreand full-stack development usingC# HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity withWeb Components standardsand modular frontend architecture.
  • Understanding ofaccessibility testing toolsand methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team.
  • Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies

Qualifications/Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications in frontend development accessibility technologies are a plus.
