Job Description

Your Role

As Team Lead Operations Logistics Support you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of your team (approx. <15 direct and indirect reports). You coordinate activities coach team members and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery. With a strong focus on people management process optimization and stakeholder collaboration you contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

You will:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the operations logistics support team

  • Translate the broader operations and logistics plan into a concrete action plan for your team

  • Ensure work is planned distributed and executed in line with guidelines and procedures

  • Lead coach and support your team members fostering collaboration and positive culture

  • Monitor performance and KPIs taking corrective action when needed

  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing and optimizing processes techniques and systems

  • Support and deliver on assigned projects within agreed scope timelines and quality standards

  • Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Continuously develop your expertise to enhance the teams efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

  • Strong leadership skills: able to coach motivate and develop a small team

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with an eye for detail and efficiency

  • Strong communicator: able to maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different levels

  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement

  • Experience in operations logistics or team coordination is a strong asset

  • Comfortable working in an international environment and across departments
