About the role:
- Responsible for internal coordination and data analysis;
What this job involves:
- Site walk to upkeep tidiness in office.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Escort guests and building staffs to office.
- General administration support including data entry document handling.
- Lunch and snacks order.
- Office supply check replenishment and order.
- Vendor communication.
- Mail Service shipping & receiving.
- Monthly invoice process.
- Assist in event arrangement.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects - desk installation etc.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Sound like you To apply you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in office admin field.
- Strong in hospitality and business communication skills.
- Basic command of spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word.
- Flexible responsible and able to complete a task in a timely manner.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude for every task.
