Job Description
Thermoheat B.V. part of the family-owned LOEWE Group with over 40 years of expertise in the refractory industry is seeking a Customer-Focused Sales & Order Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries prepare quotations and oversee order processing
- Coordinate logistics shipping and communication with suppliers and our warehouse
- Maintain accurate customer data handle invoicing and perform after-sales follow-up
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-focused role
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Structured reliable and independent working style
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
