The Facilities Technician will provide general maintenance support for assigned buildings ensuring a safe secure and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor facilities to ensure safety security and overall upkeep.
Troubleshoot electrical power HVAC systems and controls and mechanical systems.
Perform general and preventative maintenance including carpentry plumbing and vendor coordination.
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Assist with moving office furniture machinery equipment and other materials as requested.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of machines tools and maintenance practices.
