Job Summary
Are you highly organised detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment OCU Group are looking for a Works Coordinators to join our growing teams in Leeds Stourton.
Role Overview:
As a Works Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing operational activities managing compliance across all works and ensuring clear communication between teams clients and contractors. You playing a vital role in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring our work runs smoothly safely and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating field operations ensuring efficient planning and execution of works.
- Using scheduling and management systems to allocate and track jobs.
- Monitoring operational compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
- Liaising with engineers clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Supporting documentation reporting and audit readiness.

- Previous experience in operations coordination or scheduling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive organised and compliance-minded approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
