Location: Jaipur Jodhpur Bhilwara Udaipur
CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Business Sales Manager (BSM) in the Used Car Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales managing a team and developing channel partnerships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers / RMs
-
Drive business in the Used Car Loan segment across assigned locations

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
-
Monitor disbursal processes and ensure timely loan processing
-
Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and sales pipeline
Key Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in Used Car Loan sales

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
-
Proven track record in target achievement and team management

Strong knowledge of channel development customer acquisition and credit norms
-
Good communication negotiation and leadership skills
