As the Sales Head you will lead the national sales strategy and execution You will own the Sales P&L drive topline growth manage high-performing teams and directly impact revenue profitability and investor engagement. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & P&L Ownership
Own and drive the full sales cycle and revenue P&L across projects and geographies. Optimize monthly/quarterly performance conversions and project-wise ROI. Set and exceed sales targets aligned with business growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement multi-channel sales strategies including digital offline and broker networks. Create compelling pitch structures for co-investment products SIP-based models and asset-backed investments.
Team Building & Performance Management
Lead coach and scale a team of 20 50 wealth managers pre-sales and closers. Design incentive structures sales SOPs and performance metrics to drive accountability. Client Relations & Closures Personally lead high-ticket closures with HNIs NRIs family offices and institutions. Strengthen investor trust through deep product knowledge and transparent communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing Product Legal and Project teams to streamline lead-to-sale processes. Relay investor insights to refine offerings and optimize go-to-market strategy. Qualifications 7 15 years of experience in sales private wealth or high-ticket investment products. Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering 50 Cr annual sales. Strong leadership communication and business acumen. Experience in leading digital-first scalable sales functions preferred. Deep interest in wealth creation models and Bharat-focused investing.
