Looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and promoting our suite of data-driven marketing and customer experience solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels of the organization. Understand clients business objectives challenges and needs to effectively position solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing analytics and technology to develop customized solutions that address clients specific requirements and deliver measurable business value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and demonstrations to prospects and clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure. Track and report sales activities forecasts and pipeline developments using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide feedback to the leadership team on market insights and opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales support delivery and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize collective success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or relevant degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales business development or account management preferably in the marketing services data analytics or technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing concepts CRM systems and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
