Manage daily operations of multiple caf outlets within the assigned region.

Achieve and exceed sales targets store profitability and operational KPIs.

Lead train and motivate Store Managers and outlet teams to deliver top performance.

Ensure brand SOPs hygiene and service quality standards are strictly followed.

Analyze store-level performance reports and take corrective actions when needed.

Conduct regular store visits audits and team performance reviews.

Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and initiatives.

Support new store openings and ensure smooth operational readiness.
-
Resolve customer escalations and operational issues in a timely manner.

Provide insights and business updates to the senior operations/sales team.
