Job Summary

KITE Search are currently working with a leading property developer that are renowned for their real estate portfolio across Hong Kong. With 2021 set to be a busy year they are actively looking to add an Assistant Project Manager (Architect) to their project developmemt team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall project management of the Groups property development projects in Hong Kong and Overseas
Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants authorities contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above in Architecture Studies
Possess recognized qualifications of Member of RIBA HKIA HKIS or equivalent is preferred
Experience in handling residential commercial and alteration & additional (A&A) projects
Minimum 8 years working experience in project management and project administration experience in property developer is an advantage
Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
Good knowledge on building regulationsand local practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D max
Good command of both written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
Occasional travel to Overseas may be required
