Job Description
KITE Search are currently working with a leading property developer that are renowned for their real estate portfolio across Hong Kong. With 2021 set to be a busy year they are actively looking to add an Assistant Project Manager (Architect) to their project developmemt team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project management of the Groups property development projects in Hong Kong and Overseas
- Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants authorities contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Architecture Studies
- Possess recognized qualifications of Member of RIBA HKIA HKIS or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in handling residential commercial and alteration & additional (A&A) projects
- Minimum 8 years working experience in project management and project administration experience in property developer is an advantage
- Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
- Good knowledge on building regulationsand local practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D max
- Good command of both written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional travel to Overseas may be required
