During yourOperational Sidekick Internship (starting in August/September 2025) youll be the go-to person connector and problem solver for our beloved guests (or as we like to call them residents).
WHAT WILL YOU DO
No day looks the same as a Operational SidekickIntern but heres a glimpse of what you can expect:
A friendly first impression: Be the friendly face that residents meet first making check-ins and check-outs a breeze and answering their burning questions with a smile.
Master of the bar: Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.
Bringing people together with food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant whether its breakfast lunch or dinner.
Creating memorable meetings and events: Embrace your inner event planner by setting up our meeting rooms styling the meeting and event spaces and ensure a flawless experience.

A FEWMUST HAVES
You are a student at a university and need to do an operational internship (min. 6 months) as part of your curriculum.
You are fluent in English other languages are a plus.
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Denmark.
You are available to start in August/September 2025and flexible with working days/hours.
You have first-hand experience in hospitality.
