We also manage FORM Gallery in Perth and Spinifex Hill Studio and Project Space in South Hedland.
About the Opportunity
Are you driven proactive and a natural brand ambassador FORM is looking for a Communications and Media Specialist to lead our strategic communications media partnerships and brand positioning. Reporting to the Creative Development Manager with a direct line to the CEO you will lead both internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- Drive PR strategy to support organisational growth and manage reputational risk.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Strengthen FORMs position as an industry leader through strategic brand management and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team contributing to decision-making and process improvement.
- Lead a small communications team with collaborative values-driven leadership.
What Youll Need to Get You Started
- Tertiary degree in communications marketing advertising or journalism.
- 7 years of experience in communications public relations or related fields.
- Strong skills in negotiation problem solving prioritisation budget management and supplier relationships.
- Expertise in strategic communications campaigns across paid earned and owned media.
- Capabilities in traditional and digital communication tools and a range of audience engagement platforms.
- Experience in effective stakeholder management and campaign strategy development. Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
