Title: Product Marketing Lead

Team: 220 total employees 180 in the Netherlands. 5-person marketing team. This role has no direct reports but is pivotal to cross-functional GTM teams.
Role Description
- Own value prop messaging frameworks and segment-specific narratives.
- Translate features into use cases that demonstrate real business impact (e.g. the L&D Impact Model).
- Equip the commercial team with sales scripts decks and talk tracks
- Use customer language and pain points to inform positioning and content.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure every campaign aligns with our product story.
- Support launches and product rollouts with impactful storytelling and market alignment.
- KPIs: Measurable improvements in win rates and message adoption
Must-Haves
- 5 years experience in Product Marketing Strategy Consulting or Proposition Marketing
- Strong track record in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience driving GTM strategy messaging and positioning
- Dutch-speaking (fluent/professional level)
