Team: 220 total employees 180 in the Netherlands. 5-person marketing team. This role has no direct reports but is pivotal to cross-functional GTM teams.

Role Description

Own value prop messaging frameworks and segment-specific narratives.
Translate features into use cases that demonstrate real business impact (e.g. the L&D Impact Model).
Equip the commercial team with sales scripts decks and talk tracks
Use customer language and pain points to inform positioning and content.
Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure every campaign aligns with our product story.
Support launches and product rollouts with impactful storytelling and market alignment.
KPIs: Measurable improvements in win rates and message adoption

Must-Haves

5 years experience in Product Marketing Strategy Consulting or Proposition Marketing
Strong track record in B2B SaaS
Proven experience driving GTM strategy messaging and positioning
Dutch-speaking (fluent/professional level)
