The team

The Product Lead Investment Asset Management reports hierarchically to the Global Proposition Owner Advice and is based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of INGs global investment strategy. Youll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment helping shape the future of investment services and enabling leadership to deliver on strategic ambitions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in portfolio management capabilities asset management procedures and investment reporting with a proven track record in delivering new features and transformations across multi-country programs.
• Drive the rollout of the OneInvestments Platform by addressing complex strategic challenges balancing global product standards with local market dynamics and customer needs.
• Design scalable modular digital products that minimize country-specific customization.
• Lead a cross-functional team of tech and business professionals focused on portfolio management reporting and asset management.
• Merge existing investment propositions into unified global journeys for customers and employees across Europe.
• Own and enhance capabilities for portfolio management asset management procedures and extensive portfolio reporting specifically for affluent and Private Banking segments.
• Transform and improve digital journeys while maintaining continuity for existing users ensuring portfolio management capabilities become fully STP (Straight Through Processing) to support scalability.
• Integrate front-end innovations with diverse backend systems across local IT landscapes safeguarding customer satisfaction metrics (NPS CSAT) and ensuring high product performance.
• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments and apply them in a customer-centric way fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborate across global and local teams to align strategy execution and priorities.

How to succeed

About you:

• Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Multiple years of experience in investments or broader financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management digitalization backlog management and resource planning.
• Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex issues.
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong plus).
