As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Optimization Specialist for both North and South America you will play a pivotal role in executing TA programs and systems including the technical infrastructure that supports Kimberly-Clarks regional talent acquisition strategy. Partnering closely with cross-functional teamsincluding HR Operations and Technologyyou will ensure the seamless deployment and optimization of TA systems and processes. Your technical expertise and data fluency will empower TA leaders to manage the TA supply chain with precision and agility.
