Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Project Coordination/Logistic Operations areas for all functions detailed in this description.
  • File all documentation related to receptions shipments returns and other processes either in paper and/or electronic format.
  • Collaborate on the stock control analysis of eCOA products.
  • Assist in the process of generating eCOA product orders to medical centers and request acknowledgments of receipt to meet established requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating the shipments of eCOA products to medical centers.
  • Keep updated spreadsheets related to shipment orders to centers and other documents used in the sector.
  • Intervene in the return processes coordinating with medical centers/courier the withdrawal of eCOA products and verifying the corresponding documentation.
  • Generate the administrative setup of projects: build folders forms and spreadsheets vital for the registration and documentation of information for each study.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of Reports/Metrics for clients.
  • Detect and report deviations and non-conformities during daily operations.
  • Perform all activities efficiently and safely.
  • Other tasks may be required to meet business requirements.

Basic Minimum Requirements:

  • Students in health engineering logistics operations administration areas.
  • No experience or up to 1 year of experience in similar tasks in the pharmaceutical industry CROs or similar logistics companies.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Customer service orientation and vocation. Flexible proactive and willing attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork empathy tolerance to frustration organized committed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of GMP standards local regulations and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of Outlook Microsoft Office Package Internet.
