We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Level to lead our luxury wellness and hospitality business. As a premier brand in the industry we are committed to offering exceptional experiences that blend luxury service with wellness. Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Leadership: Developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with the companys vision and growth objectives focusing on maximizing profitability and market share.
- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth delivery of world-class hospitality and wellness services optimizing performance across all departments.
- Sales & Marketing Excellence: Leading and innovating the sales and marketing strategy to build brand recognition attract high-net-worth clientele and drive both online and offline growth.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients partners investors and industry stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
- Cultivating and maintaining a high-performance customer-centric culture ensuring every touchpoint delivers an exceptional experience.
- Leveraging market insights particularly regarding the Thai market to refine strategies and remain competitive.
- Ensuring operational efficiency quality standards and effective resource management across all business functions.
- Driving digital transformation and innovative marketing techniques to strengthen the brands presence and appeal in the wellness and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior executive in luxury wellness hospitality or related business health and wellness with expertise in driving sales and marketing efforts.
- Strong operational acumen and ability to manage complex multi-faceted business environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the Thai market its culture and consumer behaviour with the ability to tailor business strategies to this dynamic landscape.
- A track record of success in building and executing commercial sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- A passion for wellness luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in the Thai language is a plus.
