Coordinate with store managers and area HRs to understand manpower requirements.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions
Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in campus hiring walk-in drives and job fairs for bulk hiring needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for urgent and future requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and regularly update hiring trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation induction and training schedules.
Assist with HR data management and regular reporting on hiring metrics (TAT source efficiency etc.).
