Unilever is currently hiring for Procurement Manager - Logistic Operations & Collaborative Manufacturing
Function: Supply Chain
Reports to: Head of Procurement Sri Lanka
Scope: Local
Location: Colombo 14 Head Office

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Key Responsibilities Collaborative Manufacturing
Lead the annual cost models evaluation and negotiations for all the existing CM operations.
Execute new contracts annual contract renewal addendums extensions via coordinating with legal dept for all the CM suppliers.
Driving CM procurement compliance and controls through process & control best practices - PACE / CAD / Corporate Audits.
Lead the procurement discussion for the new businesses / new plants set-up evaluations / selecting suppliers and giving input to business from procurement standpoint.
Driving savings programmes for CM operations and calculating and reporting OTIF.
Responsible for Unilever Compliance programme for all the sites URSA / SQA audit follow up and OTIF compliance for timely sourcing.
Lead the global CM projects land smoothly in Sri Lanka OTIF.
Lead and executing CAPEX requirements.
Lead and carrying out cost bench marking activities for CM from procurement standpoint.
Driving and supporting cash delivery for the business.
Lead the USL recoveries and follow-up from CM suppliers.
Key Responsibilities - Logistics Operations

Driving logistics procurement compliance and controls through process & control best practices - PACE / CAD / Corporate Audits.
Lead the procurement discussion for the new logistic related activities/projects.
Driving savings ideas for Logistic operations and calculating and reporting.
Responsible for Unilever Compliance for all the logistic sites URSA / SQA audit follow up and OTIF compliance for timely sourcing.
Lead the global Logistic projects land smoothly OTIF.
Lead and carrying out cost benchmarking activities for logistics from procurement standpoint.
Driving cash delivery for the business.
Lead the USL recoveries follow-up from Logistic suppliers.
Key Responsibilities - Others
Procurement support for USL sustainability projects such as Plastic agenda Solar programmes.
Procurement support for own manufacturing sites Horana & Agarapathana on external negotiation and cost model preparation on request.
Procurement support for RM/PM PI & IP suppliers on external negotiation and cost model preparation on request.
VAS on wheel supplier finalization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Candidate should be a Graduate in Business Management or any other related discipline or have an equivalent professional qualification (Preferably in Supply Chain Operations).
At least 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain (Procurement experience preferred).
