SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound phone calls and communicating with active/inactive/prospective customers to sell products and advise customers of promotions and new products. Utilize selling strategies to grow existing customers and gain new or lost customers. A target account list will be provided.
- Provide Quotes and submit orders.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to any issues.
- Answer inbound calls from customers the agent has left messages for or calls that come in from marketing campaigns.
- Refer jacket regalia and yearbook business opportunities to the Jostens rep of record on the account called.
- Utilize the CRM tools provided to maintain accurate and up to date records
Required:
- Call center outbound/inbound call experience.
- English as a strong second language
- Dominican ID.
- Oral Communication Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listen and ask appropriate questions for needed clarification.
- Written Communication writes clearly and informatively; able to edit work for spelling and grammar errors.
- Attendance/Punctuality is to work on time.

- Problem-solving identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
- Interpersonal skills listens to others without interrupting.
