Description de la BU
Sappuyant sur plus de 40 annes de savoir-faire et les comptences de 3 500 collaborateurs travers le monde la Business Unit (BU) Fuel dveloppe conoit fabrique et commercialise des assemblages de combustible ainsi que des services associs au combustible pour les centrales de production dlectricit de type racteur eau lgre (REP pour les racteurs eau sous pression et REB pour les racteurs eau bouillante) et les racteurs de recherche.
La BU Fuel est galement en charge de llaboration du zirconium et de ses alliages et commercialise aussi des services dingnierie et des services sur site associs au combustible.
Description de la mission
CNNC FRAMATOME Shanghai Tubing Company Limited (hereinafter CAST) is a Sino-French joint venture established in 2010 by China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) a large state-owned enterprise in China through its subsidiary and Framatome France.
CAST focuses on the production and sale of zirconium alloy cladding tubes an important component for Chinas civil nuclear power plants. CAST is a key enterprise in the Songjiang District of Shanghai. It has a workforce of 165 employees.

As an Operation Manager:
- You are in charge of operations and management in the fields of technology maintenance process engineering and fabrication.
- You propose the companys production plan based and are responsible for its fulfilment.
- Your guarantee the companys product quality and the management status of the QHSE management systems.
- You organize relevant departments to work out plans for technological breakthrough and manage people to solve major technical problems related to product quality.
- You develop plans for test runs of new products and supervise the realization of these plans.
- You manage and maintain the companys equipment especially by developing TPM Preventive Maintenance and Predictive maintenance.
- You chair the companys regular production meetings and timely handle the problems related to production.
- You implement and carry out laws regulations and provisions related to environmental protection occupational health and safety.
- You contribute to implementing and maintaining management system of environment occupational health and safety.
- When reviewing projects of newly building rebuilding extension technology import and technical transformation you follow the Construction Project Management Procedure.
- You organize safety and environment inspection at the operation department level.
- You contribute to the investigation and handling of major accidents.
- You are responsible for the respect of production schedule and associated On Time Delivery as well as mastering costs production consumables.
- You are in charge of discipline in the working teams and communication in between shifts.
- You arrange the Customers on site source inspection.
CAST is a Sino-French joint venture the company language is Chinese and English.
Expatriate position in Shanghai seconded by Framatome.
Profil
Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering preferably in metallurgy.
At least 10 years of experience as R&D or PE or Production Manager.
Be proficient in the workflow and manufacturing process of metallurgy industry. Be familiar with human resources management.
Possess strong capability of organization coordination communication and excellent leadership skill. Be reactive and decisive.
High English proficiency. Chinese speaking is a definitive an advantage.
Compliant especially in cross cultural environment.
