Therolewillseeyouassumeresponsibilityforanumberoffundsincluding:
- Realestatefunds
- Infrastructurefunds
- Creditfunds
- Fundoffunds
- Privateequity
TheOpportunity

KeyResponsibilities
- Ensureallclientdeliverablesareinlinewithserviceagreements
- Assistingthemanagerswiththedailyoversightofateamoffundaccountants;
- Liaisonwithexternalauditorsandserviceproviders;
- PreparationofannualFinancialStatementsandperiodicalmanagementreportingpacks.
- Managingandsupportingacrossallaspectsoftransactioncaptureforanentityincludingaccrualstradesinterestdistributionsandcapital.
- Productionofannualstatutoryfinancialreportingincludingnotestotheaccounts.
- Assistingthemanagerswiththedailyoversightofateamoffundaccountants.
- Executionofonboardingnewfundsandfundrestructuresasrequired.
- Adheretoourrobustproceduresandcontrolsthatensureadherencetorelevantpoliciesandensureaqualityproduct.
- MaintenanceofaccountingrecordsincludingenteringtransactionsintoReckon(experiencehelpfulbutnotessential)accountingsoftware.
- Preparationofperiodicalmanagementreportingpacks.
- Takepartinprocessimprovementandprojectsasrequired.

Experience
- 35yearsasaminimuminaFundAccountingorotherrelevantaccountingrelatedroleinthefinancialservicesindustry.
- Relevantqualificationsinaccountingand/orfinance(CPA/CAqualifiedorwillingnesstostudyCPA/CApreferred).
- -PurposeFinancialStatement.
- Knowledgeoffinancialinstrumentsorotherassettypessuchaspropertyloansorprivateequity.
- ExperiencewithNAVpreparationtax/distributioncalculationsandfinancialstatementpreparation.
- Auditexperiencewiththebig4willbeanadvantage.
- AdvancedMicrosoftExcelandWordskills
