Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.

- Work in Porto Portugal
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts: 9h 21h (8 hours shift); 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training coaching and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
- You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Full time contract
- 2000 Euro Welcome Bonus
- Base salary (gross): 1100/month x 14

- Relocation package (from outside Portugal)
Relocation package:
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
