We train nurture and grow our employees technical competencies so they can resolve the problem themselves and become better at what they do!
The First Line Tech Supportposition is perfect for candidates with little or no IT experience and with a motivated mindset who want to explore the IT day-to-day work will involve interaction with customers across the globe through multiple support communication channels (voice email chat portal). You will provide technical issue resolution in a positive and professional manner. Dont worry we will help you every step of the way with comprehensive technical training.

eXperience and skills required


Our key requirementsare:

  • Excellent Dutch and English Language

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • General IT knowledge


These will be considered as a BIG dvantage:

  • Previous IT Experience

  • Understanding of Windows S (Windows 7 Windows 10)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Apps MS Office O365 Outlook Teams
