We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
The company:
You will be support Dutch-speaking customers of a travel management company that provides business travel solutions and services to organizations. It offers comprehensive travel management services including booking and managing flights hotels car rentals and other travel-related arrangements for business travelers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care to business travelers on worldwide trips.
- Assist with booking and managing flights hotels and train travel.
- Offer solutions and support for travel-related issues before and during business trips.
- Ensure travelers have a smooth travel experience.
- Address and resolve any travel disruptions promptly and efficiently.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
- You live in Sofia Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
- Up to 3 months work in the office in Sofia can move to Hybrid after 6 months
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Work experiencein the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

Relocation package:
- Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
