You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Outbound Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales initiatives identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales lead generation and relationship-building in a B2B environment.
Identify research and target potential B2B clients through outbound channels (cold calls emails LinkedIn events etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach strategies.
Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies for various target industries and personas.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound campaigns with lead nurturing strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client pain points and position company products/services as effective solutions.
Provide timely follow-ups and exceptional pre-sales communication.
Analyze outbound sales performance track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Provide feedback from the market to improve product positioning pricing and messaging.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitors and new market opportunities.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
36 years of experience in B2B outbound sales lead generation or business development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Industry experience in SaaS / IT services / logistics / manufacturing / B2B products or services.
Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies like SPIN Selling Challenger Sale or similar.
Experience in international B2B sales (if applicable).
Full Time
