Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Outbound Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales initiatives identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales lead generation and relationship-building in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify research and target potential B2B clients through outbound channels (cold calls emails LinkedIn events etc.)

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach strategies.

  • Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies for various target industries and personas.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound campaigns with lead nurturing strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Understand client pain points and position company products/services as effective solutions.

  • Provide timely follow-ups and exceptional pre-sales communication.

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Analyze outbound sales performance track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Provide feedback from the market to improve product positioning pricing and messaging.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitors and new market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 36 years of experience in B2B outbound sales lead generation or business development.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and sales automation tools.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry experience in SaaS / IT services / logistics / manufacturing / B2B products or services.

  • Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies like SPIN Selling Challenger Sale or similar.

  • Experience in international B2B sales (if applicable).
