Business Development Manager

Location: Victoria (Pakenham) and New South Wales (The Entrance)

Work Type: Full Time

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager youll be at the forefront of expanding our footprint across the NDIS TAC Homecare Aged Care and CHSP sectors. Youll drive strategic outreach build strong referral networks and identify emerging community needs to shape impactful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a robust referral and engagement pipeline across key sectors.

Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify service gaps.

Develop strong relationships with referral agencies support coordinators allied health professionals and community networks.

Represent Outlook at industry and community events to enhance visibility and engagement.

Ensure all growth activities align with NDIS Practice Standards CHSP requirements and TAC guidelines.

Collaborate with the Intake & Service Access Lead to refine onboarding processes.

About You

Youre a driven professional who values purposeful growth and community impact. You bring energy insight and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

Youll have:

Minimum 2 years experience in business development and client intake within community services disability or aged care.

Proven ability to attract new participants and expand service offerings.

Excellent communication relationship-building and organisational skills.

Experience in grant writing and fundraising (desirable).

Please note: This position is subject to a 6-month probationary period. The Primary location for this role is based at our Support Office in Pakenham VIC. Travel to other Victorian and NSW sites is required and a current Drivers Licence is required. The position is also subject to a satisfactory Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
