What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding service over the phone every interaction matters!
- Keep customers updated after processing requests or resolving cases.
- Spot opportunities to educate customers about relevant products and services (sales through service approach).
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the company database.
- Navigate specialized software to handle queries and support internal systems.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

- Confident in troubleshooting and finding solutions
