JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend Front Office Operations such as being a Front-line Cashier administrative work-related to bank reconciliation and support backend issuance of CODA receipts.
- Attend inbound calls and provide excellent services to meet Customers expectations handle administrative work related to inquiries from the departments email boxes /companys WhatsApp.
- To promote Company app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions promote insurance service and CRM during inbound calls.
- To conduct telesales to cross-selling on CEDs products such as CRM and Insurance
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when handling cash and transactions
- Willing to learn and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
