Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic Software Sales Executive to drive sales of SAP Business One a leading ERP solution for small and mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation consultative selling and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential customers for SAP Business One.
- Conduct market research to understand industry needs and trends.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling referrals and industry events.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Client Engagement & Consultation
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Understand business requirements and propose appropriate SAP Business One solutions.
- Provide consultative advice on ERP implementation and benefits.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates.
- Collaborate with marketing technical and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with business software features industry trends and competitor offerings.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Sales or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales (preferably ERP or SaaS).
- Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
